Our Services

Frame & Focus Studio provides real estate photography, cinematic videography, aerial drone imagery, 3D property tours, social media content, and marketing materials for realtors, homeowners, and businesses across Long Island, NY. Availability, pricing, and package details are provided upon inquiry and may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Once a shoot is confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, though scheduling is subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on how close the request is to the scheduled date, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply, and these will always be communicated clearly before your booking is finalized.

Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver edited photos within 24 hours and video content within 48 to 72 hours of the shoot. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to weather (particularly for drone and outdoor shoots), technical issues, or high volume during peak periods. We will keep you informed if a delay affects your delivery.

Weather and Drone Restrictions

Aerial drone photography is subject to weather conditions and FAA regulations. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for flying on the scheduled day, we will work with you to reschedule that portion of the shoot at no extra charge.

Payment

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed. Full details on pricing, packages, and payment schedules are provided directly to clients and are not listed publicly on the website.

Ownership and Usage Rights

All photographs, videos, drone footage, and 3D tours produced by Frame & Focus Studio remain the intellectual property of Frame & Focus Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the delivered media for the purpose of marketing the specific property or event the media was created for, including MLS listings, social media, print materials, and websites.

Media may not be resold, altered significantly, or used for purposes beyond what was agreed upon at booking without our written permission.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Frame & Focus Studio reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, website gallery, social media pages, and other promotional materials.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, clients are asked to:

• Ensure the property is presentable and accessible at the scheduled shoot time
• Provide accurate details about the location and any special requirements in advance
• Communicate any specific shots, angles, or features they’d like highlighted before the session begins

Frame & Focus Studio is not responsible for the condition, cleanliness, or presentation of a property at the time of the shoot.

Liability

While we take every precaution to handle equipment and conduct shoots safely, Frame & Focus Studio is not liable for any pre-existing property damage, personal injury, or loss that is not directly caused by our negligence during a session. Clients are encouraged to disclose any known hazards or access issues at the property ahead of time.

Weddings and Events

For weddings, corporate functions, and special events, sessions are typically booked exclusively for the date and time agreed upon. Any changes to guest count, venue, or timeline should be communicated to us as early as possible so we can adjust our coverage accordingly.
